A : For coverage of 8 hours or more, we kindly request that a meal is provided. This ensures we can remain on-site and fully energised for the rest of your day. A: All your content will be delivered via a private Dropbox link, organised into folders so you can easily find your favourite moments. This will include both your raw footage and your edited reels. A typical wedding can result in hundreds of clips, so we recommend ensuring you have enough storage available before downloading.

A: Yes - a 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due no later than 12 weeks before your wedding day.

We can also create a suite of trending, bespoke edits tailored to your style. Edit preferences will be discussed during your initial discovery call and again in your one-on-one consultation, closer to delivery. For an 8-hour wedding day, we typically deliver over 1,000 raw clips.

A: Yes - around 4 to 12 weeks before your wedding, we’ll send you a request form where you can outline preferences such as music choices, shot styles, and any individuals you’d like to avoid featuring. We’ll then arrange a Zoom call with your content creator to discuss these in more detail.

A: We are a small, in-demand team of two, and allocate team members based on availability and location. However, if you have a personal connection with one of our team or a preferred choice, let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

A: Raw content is delivered within 24 hours. Edited reels are delivered within 72 hours.
